What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a consultation, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number, the services you're interested in, how you'd like us to contact you, and your message.
  • Spam prevention. To stop abuse, our site briefly records a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address when you submit the form, and deletes it automatically after one hour.
  • Server and security logs. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy), our network and security provider (Cloudflare), and our website security software keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They use these to keep the site secure and working.
  • Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's use of that information is covered by Google's privacy policy.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we don't run analytics that follow you across the web, and we don't sell or share your personal information for advertising. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide the services you ask for, and follow up about your inquiry. We use technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

Where it goes

When you submit the consultation form, your request is sent by email to our business mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions.

We don't pass your details to third parties, other than service providers that act on our behalf to run our website and email (GoDaddy, Cloudflare and Microsoft), or when the law requires it. If you ask about a partner solution, such as PhoenixHalo, we will only share your details with that partner after you agree.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and related correspondence for as long as we're working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can continue the conversation or meet business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Server logs are kept by our providers under their standard retention policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to our use of it or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@warpthreadai.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, security monitoring, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including our partner PhoenixHalo. Those sites are run by their own organizations and have their own privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their practices.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
